is published.
Steve Buckley is one of the authors of a new book looking at the issues involved in developing community based broadcasting in countries across the world (along with Kreszentia Duer, Toby Mendel and Seán Ó Siochrú).
Steve is one of the Directors of CM Solutions and has been working for several years on this study outlining conditions under which radio, television and online broadcasting can fulfil a vital role in development by making governments accountable, and giving voice to the world’s poor.
